  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  • Assist customers in resolving issues and troubleshooting basic problems
  • Provide product and service information to customers
  • Record and update customer information in the database
  • Follow up on customer inquiries and ensure issues are fully resolved

Requirements:

  • Minimum N/O/A Level or Diploma in any studies
  • Prior customer service experience is a plus, but not required
