  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled M365 Administrator to manage, configure, and optimize our Microsoft 365 environment. Need 5-8 years of relevant experience, strong expertise in M365 services, PowerShell scripting, security & compliance, and the ability to work in hybrid environments integrating M365 with on-premises systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Setup and Configuration:

  • Deploy and configure M365 services including Teams, Exchange Online, Windows 10/11 Deployment, and Intune.
  • Implement security and compliance policies to ensure data classification and regulatory adherence.
  • Conduct Proof of Concept (POC), new product evaluations, and fitment analysis.
  • Configure and manage user accounts, licenses, and permissions.

Management and Operation:

  • Monitor and maintain the health, security, and performance of M365 services.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve M365 service and application issues.
  • Perform regular updates, maintenance, and patching to ensure optimal performance and security.

Collaboration and Support:

  • Work closely with IT teams to integrate M365 services with existing systems and applications.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and IT staff.
  • Conduct training sessions and create documentation to enhance user adoption.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Stay updated with the latest M365 features, updates, and best practices.
  • Identify and implement process improvements and automation to enhance efficiency.
  • Participate in planning and leading M365-related s and initiatives.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 5-8 years of experience in managing M365 environments.
  • Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert or equivalent certifications.
  • Proven experience in M365 tenant setup, configuration, and management.
  • Strong expertise in Microsoft 365 services including Teams, Exchange Online, Windows 10/11 Deployment, and Intune.
  • Experience with PowerShell scripting for automation and management.
  • Hands-on experience with hybrid M365 environments and on-premises system integration.
  • Knowledge of security & compliance features such as Data Loss Prevention (DLP), Conditional Access, and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).
  • Strong understanding of Azure Active Directory and identity management solutions.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Microsoft Defender for Office 365 and Cloud App Security.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Endpoint Manager and Windows Autopilot.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 migration and modernization s.
