Job Description:

  • Plan, propose and drive the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns, including A&P related activities, digital media and partnerships that aligns to business goals to increase brand awareness for the brand and increase footfall at outlets.
  • Plan, propose and drive the development of customer engagement and customer retention strategies.
  • Work in tandem with designer, vendor(s) and Operation team to ensure timely production, delivery and activation of new campaigns / promotions.
  • Analyse customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies.
  • Assist in preparing performance analysis to measure effectiveness of campaigns and CRM activities and provide recommendations related to competitive product offers, pricing, content, and consumer engagement for instore, aggregators and eCommerce channels.
  • Assist in tracking and monitoring of marketing budget and expenditure for maximum returns.
  • Assist in implementing effective marketing campaigns to enhance both paid and organic marketing performance, aiming to achieve our goals for customer loyalty, acquisition, engagement, and revenue in the eCommerce channels.
  • Manage and oversee online community engagement.
  • Plan, oversee and create engaging content calendar and digital assets to increase brand outreach and consumer awareness for website and social media platforms.
  • Identify and collaborate with KOLs / partnerships that drive brand awareness and conversions.
  • Assist in adaptation, production and updating of in-store and digital marketing and branding assets when required.
  • Work and coordinate with internal stakeholders and external agencies for campaigns and promotions and getting strategic alignment with departments when required.
  • Undertake daily marketing administration tasks and other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • University graduate in Business Management / Marketing / Mass Communications.
  • Minimum 3 years of marketing experience, preferably in F&B industry. Candidates with prior experience in working with creative and PR agencies are welcomed.
  • Proficiency in Adobe design software preferred.
  • Good written and oral communications skills and able to communicate in Mandarin and translate content from English to Chinese.
  • Experienced working with major Web analytics and reporting tools.
  • Video-taking/editing and photography experience is a plus.
  • Good time management, meticulous, attention to detail, organised and efficient.
  • Strong understanding of Marketing fundamentals and good analytical skills.
  • Positive, enthusiastic, and resourceful team player who is able to collaborate well and focused on achieving the best outcomes.
