about the job

  • Assist sales consultants with sales-related tasks, including arranging medical bookings, preparing documentation, and gathering financial and KYC requirements.
  • Attend client medical examinations and meetings in the sales consultant's absence, maintaining direct engagement with clients.
  • Ensure that all client and application documentation meets internal and insurance company compliance standards, completing due diligence.
  • Oversee cases from initiation to completion, including follow-ups and negotiations with insurers and underwriters.
  • Create tailored client presentations and product comparisons to support meetings and client engagement.

skills and qualifications required

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client-facing responsibilities.
  • Experience in financial services or banking is advantageous.
