Our client is an established industrial multinational player and is seeking a Senior HR Services Executive to be part of their evolving HR team to work closely with the HR manager for Shared Services.

Some of the key responsibilities will include:

  • Manage full HR operations including end-to-end payroll process and timely payroll execution with vendors
  • Submit monthly HR reports and ensure compliance with employment laws, insurance, and statutory requirements.
  • Manage recruitment from job posting to selection and maintain relationships with external partners and agencies.
  • Manage HR administrative tasks including onboarding, offboarding, employee records, performance appraisals, increments, and bonuses.
  • Support the implementation and maintenance of quality and environmental management systems, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and standards.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

To be eligible for this role you will require:

  • A minimum of a Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field
  • Professional HR certifications such as IHRP, SHRM will be highly desired.
  • At least 5 years of experience in HR Shared Services, with a strong focus on payroll.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proactive, quick learner, and strong analytical abilities.
  • Dedicated to continuous improvement and finding innovative solutions.
