Job Responsibilities:

  • Gather data and market trends from internal and external sources to develop effective demand models and plans
  • Gather, analyse and validate data from sales forecast data
  • Present, gather and assess feedback on various forecasts from different channels
  • Monitor and update any significant changes in sales forecasts, budgets and business strategies
  • Recommend adjustments for SKUs with forecast and bias deviation
  • Work closely with the relevant departments to achieve consensus for operational demand forecasts
  • Facilitate and manage S&OP (Sales and Operations Planning) meetings
  • Create, maintain and sunset SKUs based on product life cycle
  • Prepare and maintain relevant reports
  • Propose and implement solutions to improve demand forecast accuracy
  • Assist with system enhancements
  • Other relevant duties as required

Job Requirements

  • Minimum Degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience as a demand planner
  • Candidates with experience in the FMCG industry will be advantageous
  • Proficient in MS Excel and Power BI will be highly preferred
  • Some experience in system migration will be preferred
