Job responsibilities:
- Handle full sets of accounts for clients and prepare customized monthly financial reporting;
- Prepare GST report for quarterly submission;
- Perform monthly payroll processing and analyse the fluctuation;
- Prepare and review the individual tax clearance (eg. Form IR21 and IR8A)
- Prepare financial statements for compliance purpose;
- Liaise with the auditors to ensure the timely completion of the audit;
- Prepare yearly reporting in XBRL format;
- To perform ad hoc duties as requested.
Job requirements:
- Minimum of 3 – 5 years work experience.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to details, and a high level of integrity
- Good time management skills and able to perform under tight deadlines
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Flexible, with an inquisitive mind and a strong willingness to learn and take on new finance-related tasks
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Experience with accounting and ERP systems, particularly QuickBook, Xero, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, etc.
- Knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) is a must.
