Our client, an organization in the public health sector, is seeking for a passionate and suitable candidate to join the team!

Job Responsibilities

  • Oversee and assist in the staffing of the organisation; facilitate the completion of the recruitment and selection process
  • Work closely with the HR Business Partners and Line Managers on recruitment needs and understand business requirements
  • Build candidate pipelines, recommend the right talent sourcing platforms, set up and participate in recruitment events to create awareness and attract the right talent
  • Screen and shortlist potential candidates for interviews
  • Ensure proper onboarding for new hires and all necessary documentations are completed in a prompt and accurate manner
  • Participate in employee branding programs to attract the right talent to the organisation
  • Other relevant HR duties as required

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Business/ HR Management or equivalent
  • Minimum 4 years of talent acquisition experience preferred
  • Good working knowledge of MOM laws and regulations
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills to engage stakeholders of all levels
  • Strong coordination skills
