Our client, an organization in the public health sector, is seeking for a passionate and suitable candidate to join the team!
Job Responsibilities
- Oversee and assist in the staffing of the organisation; facilitate the completion of the recruitment and selection process
- Work closely with the HR Business Partners and Line Managers on recruitment needs and understand business requirements
- Build candidate pipelines, recommend the right talent sourcing platforms, set up and participate in recruitment events to create awareness and attract the right talent
- Screen and shortlist potential candidates for interviews
- Ensure proper onboarding for new hires and all necessary documentations are completed in a prompt and accurate manner
- Participate in employee branding programs to attract the right talent to the organisation
- Other relevant HR duties as required
Job Requirements
- Degree in Business/ HR Management or equivalent
- Minimum 4 years of talent acquisition experience preferred
- Good working knowledge of MOM laws and regulations
- Good interpersonal and communication skills to engage stakeholders of all levels
- Strong coordination skills
