JOB SCOPE

· Oversee VIP and Mass Casino areas for Table Games, including Paiza Cash, Paiza Premium areas, private gaming rooms, Main Gaming Floor, High Limits and Ruby Room.

· Ensure unsurpassed guest service through effective management of all functions and Team Members across casino areas.

· Assist with the development, maintenance and management of budget objectives and company initiatives.

· Understand performance analysis and management of table games to optimize results and maximize revenue generation.

· Develop and execute casino strategies and revenue enhancement initiatives with a particular focus on improving profit margins and cost savings.

· Recognize, develop, and facilitate premium players and associated programs.

· Assist in the implementation of marketing programs to promote Sands with particular emphasis on international clients.

· Ensure that gaming is conducted in accordance with all relevant gaming legislation and regulations.

· Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.

· Implement and manage casino and company policies and procedures.

· Ensure training, development, and succession of Casino Team Members.

· Liaise with other Departments to ensure effective coordination across the property.

· Facilitate excellent customer service; be aware of the needs of different clientele.

· Read, analyze, and interpret industry journals, financial reports, and legal documents.

· Respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community.

· Effectively present information to executive management and/or public groups.

· Assist and support the Senior Vice President of Table Games and other senior management personnel in any special initiatives related to the success of the property.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Education & Certification

· High School Degree or Bachelor’s Degree preferred in related field.

Experience

· Minimum 10 years’ experience in the gaming industry, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior level/leadership capacity

· Experience in regulatory interpretation, regulatory filing and regulatory dealings are preferred.

· Relevant experience demonstrating an aptitude for analyzing systems, processes and operational procedures.
