  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage the daily operations of the die-cutting department.
  • Oversee the setup, operation, and maintenance of die-cutting machines and related equipment.
  • Ensure the production process runs smoothly, meeting quality and safety standards.
  • Manage and train a team of die-cut operators, ensuring adherence to procedures and best practices.
  • Monitor production performance and address any issues that may arise.
  • Collaborate with other departments, including printing and quality control, to ensure smooth workflow and high-quality output.
  • Conduct regular quality checks and ensure that all products meet client specifications.
  • Prepare and maintain production reports, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and ensure that production targets are met.
  • Ensure that workplace safety standards are followed and conduct regular safety training sessions.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in die-cutting, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of die-cutting machinery, processes, and materials.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to solve problems quickly and effectively under pressure.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality and safety.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of workplace safety regulations and best practices.
  • Experience in the printing or packaging industry is a plus.
