  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Periodically review patients to evaluate their progress, ensure high-quality care, and identify any additional care or services they may need.
  • Provide supervisory guidance and support to staff members.
  • Attend meetings and participate in assigned committees.
  • Conduct regular audits of staff performance to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure compliance. Assist in reviewing and updating KPIs to enhance nursing standards if needed.
  • Help manage the ward roster to ensure sufficient staffing at all times.
  • Take corrective and preventive actions to address or minimize critical quality issues.
  • Review patients’ case notes and nursing documentation to ensure records are accurate and meet legal documentation requirements.
  • Implement and monitor infection control practices and ensure staff adherence to these protocols.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Nursing with a minimum of 3 years of experience in Senior Staff Nurse / Assistant Nurse Clinician
  • Open to work 5.5 days work week
  • Proven experience in managing a Geriatric ward, roster manpower
  • Must be registered with the Singapore Nursing Board.
