We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support senior executives within our client's investment banking team on a contract basis.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence. Additional duties include organizing travel arrangements, preparing reports, and assisting with day-to-day administrative tasks. The role requires strong communication skills, discretion, and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Prior experience in a corporate setting, particularly in finance or banking, is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage executive calendars and coordinate appointments
  • Schedule and organize meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
  • Maintain filing systems and assist with document management
  • Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in an administrative role
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to work independently and handle pressure in a high-paced environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office and office management software
