What you'll be doing

  • Act as the primary liaison for Emergency Preparedness (EP), ensuring operational readiness for emergencies, including civil crises, pandemics, and power outages
  • Support new clinic planning by incorporating EP requirements and training staff
  • Organise and conduct drills, exercises, and training sessions to test and enhance emergency response plans
  • Oversee security operations, implementing measures under the Security Framework to protect staff, patients, and facilities
  • Coordinate with law enforcement to enhance security awareness and response, including tabletop and full-scale exercises
  • Manage procurement of security-related equipment and advise on security needs for new clinic infrastructure
  • Promote a data-driven culture, developing KPIs and reports to track and improve EP and security performance
  • Participate in projects, workgroups, and national emergency response initiatives, ensuring seamless coordination and implementation

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor Degree level
  • 3 - 4 years of experience in similar experience
  • Possess emergency planning and management knowledge
  • Ability to work in a complex and fast-paced environment, collaborate and communicate across adiverse range of people and job function
  • Strong writing and data analysis skills
  • Ability to engage, motivate and influence stakeholders
