Marketing and events coordinator (Part-Time Remote)
This position reports to the SMU Alumni Association and interfaces
with SMU Office of Alumni Relations and other external parties.
SMU Alumni Association is committed to an engaging , people

development.
Specific Responsibilities:
1. Membership engagement and processing
2. General administration of association activities
3. Coordination with staff of SMU
4. General operations of announcements and emailers
5. Basic finance
6. Events coordination
7. Social Media & Marketing channels- Membership branding
Training will be provided**
Currently we are looking for a Part-Timer to work half day on any 2 days of the weekday. Eg 1pm to 6pm on Wed & Fri (we can adjust according to your schedule, just as we need you to be flexible with your schedule when we have events)- This is a home-based working arrangement and we just need you to be onsite when there are events
