As an E-Commerce Fulfillment Specialist, you will be a key player in ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. This role requires a detail-oriented and organized individual who can manage order processing, inventory management, and logistics coordination.

You will be responsible for overseeing the entire fulfillment process, from order entry to delivery, and ensuring that our products meet quality standards. Your ability to collaborate with warehouse teams, logistics providers, and other stakeholders will be crucial in maintaining efficient operations.

We are looking for a proactive and adaptable team member who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the success of our e-commerce fulfillment efforts.

The Role:

Order Fulfillment:

  • Process and fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Coordinate with the fulfilment partner to ensure timely picking, packing, and shipping of orders.
  • Monitor order status and update the e-commerce system with tracking information.

Inventory Management:

  • Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records and conducting regular stock checks.
  • Report inventory discrepancies and assist in resolving stock-related issues.
  • Support inventory replenishment processes to ensure product availability.

Logistics Coordination:

  • Liaise with logistics providers to ensure smooth and timely delivery of orders.
  • Manage relationships with shipping carriers and negotiate shipping rates and terms.
  • Track shipments and handle any logistics-related issues or delays.

Returns and Exchanges:

  • Process customer returns and exchanges in accordance with company policies.
  • Coordinate with logistics providers on reverse logistics and the fulfilment partner to manage returned inventory and restocking.

Quality Control:

  • Conduct quality checks on products and package before shipping to ensure they meet company standards.
  • Address any quality issues and work with suppliers to resolve them.

System Management:

  • Update and maintain the e-commerce and ERP systems with accurate order and inventory data.
  • Generate reports on fulfillment performance and provide insights for improvement.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the E-Commerce Manager and E-Commerce Operations Executive to align fulfillment activities with overall business goals.
  • Support cross-functional projects and initiatives as needed.

The Requirement:

Organizational Skills:

  • Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in order processing and inventory management.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in e-commerce platforms and fulfillment systems.
  • Basic knowledge of inventory management software and logistics tools.

Problem-Solving Skills:

  • Strong problem-solving abilities to address fulfillment and logistics challenges.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly.

Communication Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills to coordinate with warehouse teams, logistics providers, and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to provide clear and concise updates on order and inventory status.

Analytical Skills:

  • Ability to analyze data and generate reports to support fulfillment and inventory decisions.
  • Experience with tracking and reporting key performance indicators (KPIs).

Teamwork:
