What you'll be doing

  • Oversee analytics support operations, ensuring timely, accurate, and appropriate data requests
  • Improve data accuracy, efficiency, and manpower utilisation
  • Perform data extraction, statistical and predictive analysis, and publish reports on dashboards and intranet
  • Ensure compliance with policies and manage request routing systems, document repositories, and platform access
  • Support data analysis, extracting and reviewing business intelligence for reporting at various levels
  • Participate in quality improvement projects, research studies, and clinical programs
  • Contribute to user requirement gatherings, data modelling workshops, and enhancements to institutional datamarts
  • Supervise and mentor staff, ensuring operational continuity
  • Manage information and reports on the intranet
  • Handle administrative tasks, including committee secretariat duties and participation in special projects

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor Degree level
  • 5 - 6 years of experience in business analytics in healthcare setting, preferably in a supervisory role
  • Data support in a data warehouse or business intelligence environment would be advantageous
  • Knowledge in project management, data modelling and programming tools such asSQL, AWS Sagemaker is required
