) Cleaning and tidying of college areas:- General Office- HOD Room- Staff Room- Meeting Rooms- Staff Pantries- Lift Lobby and- Toilets2) Hostel:- To escort contractor (ad-hoc or term) to respective locations forrepair and maintenance- To check for any common area defects- To carry out gardening works, Eg. water potted plants- To carry out cleaning works for rooms, including preparing bedlinensfor new ad-hoc check-in- To carry out cleaning works for common area, Eg. wet area, liftlobby, office, meeting room, toilet, empty recycle bins (NEA bluboxes)etc- - To store keep the luggage room, such as bed linens, tools andspare parts for ad-hoc repairs- General maintenance such as changing of filter for air purifier,maintenance and replacement of vacuum cleaner bags etc3) Any other duties as assigned by Officer-in-chargeRequirement:1) Ability to understand basic English instructions and
communicate in English
2) Preferably 2 years experience in cleaning and
general maintenance workDuration / Working hours:1 year contract (Option to extend another 1 year) 1 Apr 2025 to 31 Mar 2026Mondays to Thursdays: 7:00am to 4.30pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break
Fridays: 7:00am to 4:00pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break
Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public
