What The Role Is
The officer will be working with Plans & Policy Branch under Planning & Organisation Dept, and primarily assisting with the tracking the key performance indicators, and implementing the related-system, COMPASS 2.0. This will include coordinating trainings for COMPASS 2.0, and ensuring the system capture all the key performance indicators.
The officer will also assist the Organisation Planning officer with managing the data in the Human Resource Payroll System.
This is a 2 year contract position.
What You Will Be Working On

What You Will Be Working On
- To support the smooth implementation and transition of COMPASS 2.0
- To assist with coordination between departments and units on the training and updating of the date
- To support the data management for Human Resource Payroll System (HRPS)
- To assist with managing HRPS requests from the departments and units. This includes creating, generating and revising HRPS datafields
- A bachelor's degree or higher
- Candidates with minimum of 2 proven years of experience in a human resource or business-related role will be preferred.
- Proficiency in data analysis through the use of Microsoft Office and other software.
