*Jobstreet Posting: Retail Pharmacy Coordinator*We are seeking a *Retail Pharmacy Coordinator* to assist in managing the operations of retail pharmacies, ensuring that they are profitable, customer-focused, and meet customer demands. In this role, you will support the supervisor in coordinating activities related to non-prescription and retail products.*Key Responsibilities:*- Gather feedback from consumers, pharmacists, doctors, and nurses regarding pharmacy products and services.
- Negotiate pricing with suppliers and conduct market surveys to maintain competitive pricing.
- Manage promotional activities, liaising with suppliers and ensuring timely updates to staff and product arrangements.
- Maintain SAP and pharmacy data, ensuring timely updates to product pricing, new items, and shelf labels.
- Assist in overseeing the purchasing officer's work, including managing returns and ensuring proper documentation.
- Supervise retail assistants, ensuring proper merchandising, product stock, and customer service.
- Monitor inventory and ensure products are stored securely and within their shelf-life.
- Update and maintain the home delivery service station.
- Track retail pharmacy procedures and policies for ongoing improvements.
- Compile product information for evaluation by committees.*Secondary Responsibilities:*- Collaborate with the Retail Coordinator to prepare management reports on financial and service performance.
- Participate in continuing education and customer service training for pharmacy staff.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special purchase requests, ensuring excellent service.*Requirements:*- Minimum Degree in any discipline
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage inventory and supplier relationships.
- 1-3 years of experience in retail pharmacy or similar environment is preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills with a compassionate, courteous attitude.
