  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

About our client: Our client is a leading international engineering consultancy specializing in infrastructure and environmental projects.

*This role will be hired on a contract basis to support our client's project.

*Work Location: Tuas (Company transport is provided in selected MRT stations)

About the role:

  • Assist Resident Engineers in daily close supervision and coordination duties on Building Services (Mechanical Building Services)
  • Inspect and supervise Contractors' works and tests to ensure compliance with Approved Drawings and Specifications.
  • Keep detailed quality records of all works and monitor and report on work progress.
  • Implement and enforce Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QAQC) procedures, ensuring all work meets required standards.
  • Perform regular inspections and quality checks, ensuring that construction methods, materials, and workmanship comply with quality standards.
  • Ensure that all testing and inspections are conducted in accordance with project specifications, and manage the documentation of such tests and inspections.
  • Identify and report any non-conformance issues and assist in the resolution of quality issues during construction.
  • Coordinate with contractors and owners on the execution of work, ensuring compliance with quality control procedures and project requirements.

About you:

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in quality assurance inspections on large infrastructure projects, solid waste management, or water infrastructure projects in Singapore.
  • The candidate will be assigned duties primarily for Building Services (BS) works for the Mechanical discipline.
  • Proficient with MS Office.
  • Familiarity with BIM software (Revit) is an advantage.
  • Possessing a Resident Technical Officer registration with the Joint Accreditation Committee of the Institution of Engineers Singapore / Association of Consulting Engineers Singapore will be considered favorably.
  • Possess flexibility in working hours based on site needs.
