A Day in the Life:

- Infrastructure Management: Oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of IT infrastructure and systems to ensure reliable and efficient operations.
- Backlog Resolution: Prioritize and resolve backlogged IT projects while ensuring alignment with long-term organizational goals.
- Cloud Migration: Design and execute a phased roadmap for transitioning from on-premises to cloud infrastructure, ensuring cost efficiency and minimal operational disruption.
- Project Management: Lead the planning, development, and execution of IT projects, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to budget, and alignment with business requirements.
- Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers, including evaluating proposals, negotiating contracts, and ensuring value for investments.
- Cybersecurity: Implement and maintain robust cybersecurity measures to protect IT infrastructure and data, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and monitoring for potential breaches.
- Resource Management: Optimize the allocation of IT resources, including budget, personnel, and equipment, to ensure project success and operational efficiency.

What We Are Looking For:
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Certifications: ITIL, CISSP, PMP, Cloud Certification (e.g., AWS, Azure), or CCNP are highly desirable.
Experience
- 8-10 years of experience in IT management, with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in IT project management, infrastructure management, and helpdesk support.
- Proven experience in cloud migration planning and cost-benefit analyses for hybrid/cloud environments.
- Hands-on experience with Windows Server environments, Active Directory, and PowerShell scripting or other automation tools to streamline server management tasks.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud services, cybersecurity, and hardware lifecycle.
- Experience in IT disaster recovery and business continuity planning.
