Receptionist
• To dispatch mails, information and students’ items
• To do filing of documents
• To assist in data entry and editing of documents
• To issue and collect teachers’ workstation keys
• To issue stationery items to staff
• To assist in receiving of goods
• To keep stock of first aid items
• To take part & assist in School events when needed
• To maintain tidiness of the General Office Customer Service
• To manage front-desk duties, including answering phone calls and attending to walk-in customers
• To maintain customer related information when required, eg phone log. Student Management
• To assist student in times of needs, eg lost & found items, change of uniform, locating teacher/classroom/parent
• To assist in first aid for minor injuries
• To keep track of Lost & Found items
• To manage stock of spare uniform
This position is open to all who are fulfilling aforesaid requirements.
