  • Analyze data from various sources to identify trends and insights related to employee wellbeing, with a primary focus on Singapore initially.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven wellbeing strategies and programs.
  • Conduct assessments and analyze data to identify areas for improvement in employee wellbeing.
  • Provide insight and support to Wellbeing Colleagues on client wellbeing matters.
  • Design and deliver reports and presentations on wellbeing metrics and program outcomes.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of wellbeing programs and make recommendations for enhancements.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in employee wellbeing.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for Wellbeing Colleagues on the progress and impact of wellbeing initiatives.
  • Work closely with the Director of Wellbeing to ensure alignment and successful implementation of client wellbeing strategies. .
Skills and experience that will lead to success
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Psychology, Health and Wellbeing, Human Resources).
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in data analysis or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
  • Knowledge of wellbeing programs and initiatives in the APAC region, with a focus on Singapore, is a plus.
