- Serve as the lead point of contact for all business development related matters.
- Formulate business strategies and execute sales plan to achieve goals in market share, revenue and profit

- Lead a team of sales personnel & account managers to achieve KPIs.
- Degree in marketing, business, economics or related discipline
- Minimum 15 years of Sales, Business Development or client servicing role within the B2B technology or BFSI industry
- Preferred domain expertise including products, solutions and services in BFSI industry.
- Well built partnership & relationship in BFSI ecosystem.
- Proven track record of business development in past working experiences including internal and external successful collaborative experience would be an added advantage.
- Target driven, self-starter with ability to deliver on targets.
- Able to juggle multiple client at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
- Independent and proactive work attitude, with good business acumen.
