1. Conduct manpower projection and preparation of manpower statistics, for analysis purposes.
2. Track, review and evaluate attrition trends.
Recruitment & Retention
1. Liaise with hiring managers on recruitment of staff and assists with review of their manpower requirements.
2. Source for suitable candidates using the various recruitment channels and continuously explore innovative and alternative avenues to attract the right candidate for the job.
3. Conduct interviews for selection of candidates with the aim of getting the right fit for the job.
4. Prepare salary proposals and make salary offer taking into consideration the candidate’s educational background, experience, market competitiveness and internal staff equity.
5. Conduct new staff briefing programme, including briefing staff on the employment terms as well as benefits entitlement.
6. Ensure timely processing of staff confirmation, work pass / contract expiry and/or renewals, retirement, and other types of cessations.
7. Conduct exit interviews, highlight staff issues, and recommend solutions for staff retention.
