Job DescriptionProvide SERVICE EXCELLENCE, general technical direction and assistance to the customer in the operation, maintenance, repair, logistic support, stock inventory, and installation of SWTS productsAct as VEOLIA point of contact for the customer.Provide on-site interpretation of data and technical instructionProvide Technical Sales and Account/Sales Manager with complete and prompt information regarding status of programs, customer problems, failures, trends, and climateProvide technical assistance through on-site guidance and training in proper operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of assigned programs and ground support equipment, including the use and proper interpretation of data and technical instructionsProvide communication to Product Support and Field Service regarding all program activities and problems through regular, timely reportsAssist customer in scheduling maintenance and workloadAssure that equipment and parts meet established schedulesReview reported malfunctions and identify / analyze any undesirable trendsMake recommendations on findingsReview effectiveness of maintenance actions to identify training needsAnticipate requirements beyond those that immediately affect the program and assist in implementing actions to satisfy those requirementsManage, Operate and Maintain water treatment plant contracts, including periodic reports submissionMaintain availability on a 24-hour per day/365 day per year call basis to ensure coverage for EHS and production emergenciesInitiate & implement required modification and retrofit projects (Value-Added Projects)QualificationsMechanical/Electrical/Instrument or equivalent degree in engineering from an accredited university or college with at least 2 years of experience in a field service or operation and maintenance position for Ultra-Pure Water & process treatment field. Diploma Holders in Mechanical Electrical/Instrument background.Ability and willingness to travel within territory.Must be proficient with Microsoft and google workspace applicationsAdditional InformationAtleast 3 years' experience in the operation & maintenance of water treatment system or facility operation (RO, EDI, UF, Filters, WWTP)Experienced on control system (SCADA or HMI)Strong Knowledge on water treatment system: Filtration, RO, UV, IX, EDI, degasifier, UF & etc.Strong oral and written communication skillsAble to interface at all levels of the organization both internally and externallyStrong interpersonal and leadership skillsProven analytical and quality improvement abilityAs an inclusive company, Veolia is committed to diversity and gives equal consideration to all applications, without discrimination.
