- Work closely with leadership and HR partners to understand current and future hiring needs.
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies across social media, networking events, job fairs, and digital platforms to attract high-caliber candidates.
- Manage the complete recruitment process including screening, interviewing, and candidate experience.
- Coordinate and conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidates’ skills, cultural fit, and salary expectations.
- Implement and maintain recruitment metrics to drive and optimize talent acquisition decisions.
- Develop and maintain talent pipelines by building relationships with potential candidates for future opportunities.
- Ensure a smooth onboarding process by coordinating with internal stakeholders and managing documentation accurately.
- Support diversity and inclusion initiatives in all hiring processes to build a varied and dynamic workforce.
- Qualifications: Possess a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; professional HR certification is preferred.
- Required years of experience: A minimum of 2 years’ proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition roles, ideally within a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated proficiency in utilizing applicant tracking systems, digital recruitment tools, and recruitment marketing strategies.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to convey the company’s value proposition effectively.
- Strong organizational skills with an aptitude for managing multiple searches simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and drive diversity and inclusion initiatives.
