- Data & Digital Fluency: Strong data analytics skills and proficiency in digital tools (ie. Microsoft Office applications and Workday HR systems) to analyse learning data and improve L&D effectiveness.
- Critical Thinking & Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and solution-oriented approach to process improvement.
- Communication & Presentation: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a flair for designing engaging and informative presentations.
- Organisational Skills: Detail-oriented, able to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and comfortable working independently or as part of a team.
