What the role is:This role is a 2-year secondment role. • Undertake research projects that are complex and multi-dimensional to surface new insights and perspectives so as to advance thought leadership • Contribute to the current field of knowledge by developing subject matter frameworks, through publications, convening conferences and/or expert panels, conducting training programmes, providing consultancy services, etc • Lead the engagement and collaboration with public sector agencies, thought leaders and experts, including CSC Fellows and public sector leaders to build long-term relationships for CSCWhat you will be working on:Research Question and Scope • Identify research projects that will address gaps and learning needs of the Public Service • Shape the institute's research agenda in collaboration with institute's leadership team and ensure that it is aligned with CSC's priority areas Research Design • Conceptualise, design and lead research projects • Shape the design of research projects to ensure they meet professional research standards Research Analysis • Examine, manage and connect ideas and issues from multiple perspectives to identify insights while considering WOG and other cross-cutting themes / topics • Introduce new approaches and processes to improve research analysis in the area of specialisationWhat we are looking for:
  • Experience in or a proven track record in research, policy analysis, thought leadership or advisory roles, with significant contributions to public governance, policymaking or institutional reform • Experience or passion in learning and development is a bonus. • Proven ability to work independently, as well as to be an effective team player to drive projects from conceptualisation to delivery.
