- Prior work experience in Operations, Finance, or related field with experience in streamlining internal processes
- Understanding of FX or derivatives, including the current regulatory environment is beneficial
- Competency with MS Suite, especially Excel, and the ability to learn multiple programs quickly (such as Python)
