What the role is:You play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operational efficiency of logistics support function to the various entities within HQ RSN (Republic of Singapore Navy).What you will be working on:- Manage procurement systems and develop new procurement initiatives to achieve positive procurement experience - Plan and manage daily logistical requirements for HQ RSN entities - Manage procurement of goods and services - Manage the proper maintenance support for facilities Challenge(s) - Balancing work requirements from multiple domains where such requests are time-critical and essential for business continuity - Ensuring smooth execution and coordination of stocktake of stores and liaison of supply support across various entities, requiring frequent de-confliction and communicationWhat we are looking for:- At least 5 years of relevant work experience in supply chain management is preferred - Good communication and writing skills - Competence in using Microsoft Office applications (adept in MS Word and Excel) and SAP System - Meticulous nature and ability to multi-task - Willingness to work out of office hours periodically (Applicants with no experience may apply.)
