- Design and align globally S&OP process for Power and Cooling team globally.
- Manage process to collect demand and coordinate with supply chain to align with supplier capacity.
- Lead the cross-functional weekly and monthly Demand and Operations planning cadence.
- Manage the E2E life cycle for managed categories from Purchase Order creation to equipment delivery to data centers.
- Manage, analyze and reconcile purchase orders internally and externally
- Work with Suppliers, Global Supply Managers, Sourcing Managers and internal customers to coordinate purchase order changes as well as coordination for delivery. Manage supplier performance as it relates to on time equipment delivery
- Manage supplier lead times and drive them to meet AWS business requirements
- Develop analytical reports to deliver information to business partners and stakeholders that support improved decision making and on time deliveries. This includes developing the mechanisms to identify upstream blockers to Purchase order communication to suppliers.
- Present the performance and metrics associated with on time delivery, manufacturing and shipping lead times for all categories and regions managed.
- Customer support for internal customers on questions related to open orders is Key
- Manage and troubleshoot escalations related to damaged deliveries, missing deliveries or quality issues on equipment requiring immediate replacement or field support.
- Manage cross-functional projects against plans and objectives to meet commitments and goals
- Manage supply buffers and allocation to shorten lead times and build resiliency into the supply chain without driving excess
- Drive supplier improvement initiatives to continually lower risk and reduce lead times
- Influence suppliers' manufacturing processes, technology decisions, and policies in ways that are mutually beneficial and sustainable for both organizations

- 7+ years of experience in supply chain management, order management, material planning and/or supply planning role, or 5+ yrs of experience with advanced related degree- 5+ years of experience in Microsoft Office SuitePREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS- 10+ years of experience in supply chain management, order management, material planning and/or supply planning role
- Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience in data centers, an infrastructure service provider or similar technology company
