Join us to Play, Grow and Win - together.ABOUT THE POSITIONWe are seeking a UX/UI Designer to join our R&D team and play a key role in designing and shaping the user experience of innovative applications and tools that empower game developers. In this role, you'll bridge the gap between game developers and their tools, designing interfaces that enhance productivity and creative workflows.Responsibilities:
  • Design user interfaces and interaction patterns for internal game development tools and applications
  • Create and maintain design systems that ensure consistency across multiple developer-facing applications
  • Develop visual assets, including icons, illustrations, and UI components that align with our technical tools' aesthetic
  • Conduct user research with game developers to understand their workflows, pain points, and needs
  • Prototype and iterate on designs based on developer feedback and usability testing
  • Collaborate with software engineers to ensure proper implementation of designs
  • Document design decisions and maintain comprehensive UI/UX guidelines
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design, preferably in software development tools or enterprise applications
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating complex problem-solving through user interface design
  • Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.)
  • Experience with design systems and component libraries
  • Understanding of software development workflows and tools
  • Strong knowledge of user-centered design principles and methodologies
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in game development or gaming industry
  • Knowledge of game engine interfaces (Unity, Unreal Engine, etc.)
  • Familiarity with technical documentation and developer experience (DX) design
  • Understanding of programming concepts and software architecture
  • Experience with motion design and micro-interactions
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices
