Your key responsibilities include the following:
- Project management of EMR systems enhancements including feasibility assessment, workflow optimisation and solution evaluation and implementation, including projects documentation for communications across the hospital
- Support the maintenance and operationalization of policies, guidelines and frameworks which governs the development and implementation of clinical and health IT systems supporting patient care like Electronic Medical Record (EMR)
- Work with department EMR system builders to understand build requirements
- Provide secretariat support to EMR committees and project workgroups
- Working in partnership with stakeholders like Synapxe, TTSH and NHG stakeholders, and other public healthcare institutions to address users' business requirements
- At least a tertiary degree from a recognized university. Preferably 2-3 years of relevant working experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office like Outlook, Excel, Word and Powerpoint a must.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good organizational and people management.
- Strong analytical skills to manage complex issues and with the ability to collect, organize, analyse and process information with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to initiate, deliver and drive projects with independently.
- Ability to work effectively individually and as part of a collaborative team.
- Health informatics certification, and project management certification (PMP) a plus.
- Experience in healthcare policy writing and healthcare systems governance is a plus.
