What the role is:You work with various stakeholders to support the implementation of policies and initiatives.What you will be working on:- Collaborate with stakeholders to analyse data and trends to support the implementation of policies - Identify emerging issues through data analysis - Provide the required data to stakeholders to support their initiatives Challenge(s) - Keeping abreast of, and being familiar with, National Service (NS) and Human Resource (HR) policies in a dynamic environment to identify success factors for implementation - Understanding the data sources for better analysis of issues and designing data collection if data is currently unavailableWhat we are looking for:- Meticulous and systematic approach to managing large datasets for analysis and trend identification - Prior knowledge of MINDEF/SAF is advantageous - Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data - Good communication skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders Appointment will be commensurate with your experience.
