  • Ensure all team members adhere to the standard operating procedures and policies.
  • Observe department’s Standard Operating Procedures.
  • To be equipped with relevant product operating knowledge of the various IT systems, office equipment.
  • To work towards the company mission and vision, to meet customer satisfaction and exceed expectations each and every time for return patronage.
  • Maintain the highest standard of service to provide customer satisfaction and the best possible customer experience.
  • Able to handle customer requests tactfully, including offering alternative solutions to customers when services requested are not available.
  • Always strive to meet and exceed customers’ expectations and satisfaction with prompt and reliable services. Handle dissatisfied customers and rectify their complaints in order to satisfy their needs.
  • Provide general secretarial support to the clients.
  • Deal with enquiries via walk-ins, calls and email.
  • Ensure a smooth running of the Centre and its day-to-day operations.
  • Perform cashiering duties during shift.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of working areas and be involved in energy conservation.
  • Update Centre’s daily and monthly revenue.
  • Equipped with basic knowledge of property information.
  • Maintain physical stamina and proper mental attitude to handle the job function and provide customer service to events.
Deparmental Functions
  • Ensure that excellent service is provided to customers in a prompt, friendly and courteous manner.
  • Assist in the overall management of Centre’s operations including opening and closing procedures.
  • Responsible for incoming and outgoing mails and courier consignments, which includes processing, sorting, packing and delivering; taking inventory of storage goods and ordering of general office supplies and packing materials.
  • Coordinate and work closely with Mail & Package Operations Dispatch on delivery schedules, provide support and identify solutions to resolve any problems.
  • Liaise with all internal departments and Mail & Package Operations Dispatch for urgent deliveries, monitor the flow and follow up if necessary.
  • Prepare and provide shipping quotations for walk in guests and stakeholders.
  • Cross training at Business Centre and to assist when needed.
  • To be competent at the cross trained location and adhere to the immediate manager’s deployment arrangement.
  • To observe the requirements as listed in the Service Quality Review (SQR) checklist.
  • To be familiar with the offsite offices, TM will be required to go for offsite rounds with the Mail & Package Operations Dispatch when required.
  • Observe the workplace safety and health procedures when on duty.
  • Able to adapt to request for traffic management deployment when required for smooth event operation.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor / manager and head of department.
Job Requirements Education & Certification • Secondary education preferred Experience • Experience in or related industry is an advantage. • Competent in Microsoft Office application.
