- Preferred: Previous market-facing/distribution experience.
- Preferred: Working knowledge of commercial insurance business and products.
- Preferred: Strong understanding of insurance customer and distribution dynamics in the region.
- Proficiency in Mandarin.
- Familiarity with the insurance industry in Taiwan and Thailand.
