This role is ideal for candidates with a background in science or engineering who are detail-oriented and eager to contribute to a fast-paced manufacturing setting.Key Responsibilities * Testing Operations:
  • Perform wafer testing on designated platforms as per the schedule.
  • Execute die testing on specific platforms, ensuring timely completion.
  • Conduct die sorting tasks on sorting platforms according to the plan.
  • Cleanroom Standards:
  • Maintain and manage 6S standards within the Fab to ensure cleanliness, orderliness, and efficiency.
Ideal Requirements * Educational Background:
  • Diploma or higher in science or engineering-related disciplines.
  • Language: Will frequently need to communicate and collaborate with native Mandarine speakers.
  • Skills & Knowledge:
  • Familiarity with Fab environments, particularly in 6-inch or 8-inch facilities (preferred).
  • Basic English reading and writing skills to comprehend equipment labels and common cleanroom terminology.
  • Proficiency in using Windows operating systems and Office software.
  • Experience:
  • Prior experience in Fab environments is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Open to candidates with no specific work experience, as long as they demonstrate the required skills and enthusiasm for the role.
