- In-depth knowledge of financial management systems, reporting tools, and industry-specific software (e.g., hotel property management systems).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret financial data and provide actionable recommendations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, financial modelling, and financial analysis techniques.
