We are looking for a dynamic leader to join our team as a Senior Principal for strategic transformation consulting.Role summary Lead complex engagements; collaborates with others to identify, sell and deliver consultingprojects dealing with strategies and plans for strategic transformation. Develop diagnostics, strategies, road maps and business cases for technology-enabledtransformations Build and maintain strong client relationships, network extensively with industry experts andforums and contribute to the firm building through recruitment, mentoring, training andIntellectual Property generation (issuing POV’s, Whitepapers etc.)Measures of success Lead consulting engagements; realising benefits and meeting agreed time, budgetary andquality measures. Achievement of revenue contribution and utilisation targets. Practice and capability development.Capabilities, experience and approach Deep Banking experience; including digital banking and emerging technologies. FinTechexperience is highly regarded. Experience in Financial Crime & Risk Management is highly regarded Ability to effectively engage with senior stakeholders (i.e. Director, GM) and be recognisedas an Industry Thought Leader; ability to build trust to help customers determine and deliveragainst their strategic priorities. Capabilities aligned to our ‘C-level Advisory’ (Strategy and Architecture). IT Advisory experience e.g. developing IT Strategy, Technology Plans and Frameworks tooptimise IT Landscapes and assets to achieve business goals Experience on alignment of Architecture and Business visions and plans Business improvement capability: provide a holistic view across client’s business strategies,information requirements, processes, organisation and technology to help them create,validate and execute their business plans. Help clients embed innovation into their operating model by conceiving and deliveringdigital innovations. Delivery and (ideally) business development experience in business transformation. High energy, EQ and outstanding communication skills; written, oral and aural. Proven ability to lead, develop and guide teams to ensure successful outcomes and fostergrowth. Creates and maintains a result-oriented and positive collaborative culture within theengagement. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to tackle complex business problems. Effective stakeholder engagement and influencing skills. Tertiary qualifications in a related field. MBA preferred. Establishes, maintains and develops strong relationships. Respects and successfully handles diverse cultures and views.[email protected]
