About the Role:

The Contract Administrator will support our company client' operations within the Support division. This is a 10–12-month contract role where you will play a key role in managing aircraft maintenance contracts for their APAC customers, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Administer and manage aircraft maintenance contracts with APAC customers.
  • Provide support across all phases of pre- and post-contractual agreements.
  • Organize contract presentations, periodic reviews, and price adjustments.
  • Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, maintaining service quality and profitability.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer queries, complaints, and claims.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (technical support, commercial, finance) to address contract-related matters.
  • Manage contract activation processes, including document preparation and customer communication.
  • Monitor invoicing, contract performance, and corrective actions to enhance customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Aeronautical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the aerospace industry, preferably in contract administration.
  • Strong understanding of contract management, with experience working closely with airlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and under pressure.
  • Dynamic, proactive, and a strong team player with good interpersonal skills.
