- Assist staff who are attached or seconded to external agencies and provide administrative support for their deployments
- Manage and track staff secondments, attachments and postings to ensure a smooth process
- Coordinate the assessment process for scholarship, sponsorship and other staff awards, including scheduling and liaising with relevant stakeholders
- Follow up on finance and procurement processes such as administering scholarship allowances, payments to vendors and budget tracking
- Maintain accurate records of scholarship and deployment agreements, scholar/employee details and related documents
- Provide logistical and administrative support for leadership training, mentoring and coaching sessions as well as other leadership development initiatives
- Support outreach and publicity efforts such as scholarship fairs and events
- Assist in collection of talent-related data, including feedback from leadership training programmes and other development initiatives, and support the preparation of reports and insights
- 3 - 5 years of experience in HR roles, preferably with exposure to relevant portfolios.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels (including management), and external parties.
- Strong organisational and time management abilities with a keen attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and quality in maintaining records and documents.
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Experience with HR systems (particularly Workday) is a strong advantage.
- Familiarity with procurement and finance processes, particularly in the Singapore public sector, is a plus.
