It facilitates the development of infrastructure, adoption of technology, and upgrading of skills in the financial industry.Join us now, if you have a genuine interest in making an impact to help shape Singapore's economic and financial landscape.What you will be working on:We are looking for a dedicated, meticulous and collaborative individual to join the Leadership Development team. The team is responsible for designing and implementing leadership frameworks and initiatives to support the development of both current and potential leaders. These include talent identification, running of leadership development programmes, supporting staff secondments, attachments and postings, as well as collection and analysis of talent-related data to inform leadership development strategies.You will support the team in several areas, including:
  • Assist staff who are attached or seconded to external agencies and provide administrative support for their deployments
  • Manage and track staff secondments, attachments and postings to ensure a smooth process
  • Coordinate the assessment process for scholarship, sponsorship and other staff awards, including scheduling and liaising with relevant stakeholders
  • Follow up on finance and procurement processes such as administering scholarship allowances, payments to vendors and budget tracking
  • Maintain accurate records of scholarship and deployment agreements, scholar/employee details and related documents
  • Provide logistical and administrative support for leadership training, mentoring and coaching sessions as well as other leadership development initiatives
  • Support outreach and publicity efforts such as scholarship fairs and events
  • Assist in collection of talent-related data, including feedback from leadership training programmes and other development initiatives, and support the preparation of reports and insights

  • 3 - 5 years of experience in HR roles, preferably with exposure to relevant portfolios.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels (including management), and external parties.
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities with a keen attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and quality in maintaining records and documents.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Experience with HR systems (particularly Workday) is a strong advantage.
  • Familiarity with procurement and finance processes, particularly in the Singapore public sector, is a plus.
