Significant impact on the area through complex deliverables. Provides advice and counsel related to the technology or operations of the business. Work impacts an entire area, which eventually affects the overall performance and effectiveness of the sub-function/job family.Responsibilities:
  • Execute trades in Equities, ETFs and currencies, as required.
  • Operational duties that include, but are not limited
  • Assist with settlement queries
  • Creation of ad-hoc desk reports
  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
Qualifications:
  • 6-10 years of experience
  • Knowledge of, and the ability to stay abreast of regulatory requirements
  • Knowledge of, or have the desire to learn about the markets and assets within which CIM trades
  • The required knowledge and experience of this individual will be as follows:
  • Familiarity with Equities Markets
  • Understanding of US regulatory framework with specific reference to trading activity
  • A good understanding of the asset management business including trade creation and settlement procedures
  • At least 5 years relevant experience in trading or related activity
  • Experience Managing a team
  • Strong character
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work both independently and within a team
  • Ability to work accurately with strong attention to detail
  • Well organised
  • Service oriented approach
  • Strong PC skills including Work, Excel, PowerPoint, and applicable internal systems
