What the role is:Deputy / Assistant Manager, TenderWhat you will be working on:You will be part of the Tender team to administer LTA's procurement activities across a wide spectrum of goods and services including Civil Construction, Electrical & Mechanical and Information and Communication Technology systems and services.You will be responsible to:
  • Administer the tender process on the government procurement platform (GeBIZ) from Tender calling to Contract award
  • Coordinate and manage tender-related activities
  • Facilitate communication between internal divisions, external tenderers and other stakeholders throughout the procurement process
  • Provide support and advice on procurement procedures to ensure compliance with government procurement rules and best practices
What we are looking for:
  • Good team player with customer-centric mindset
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel and Access
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Prior experience and/or knowledge in procurement would be an advantage
