What the role is:You support the planning, coordination and execution of digital media plans focusing on social and new media platforms to advance the organisation's strategic communication objectives.What you will be working on:- Implement, review, and update a comprehensive digital media calendar - Collaborate with internal partners to develop media collaterals and digital media campaigns - Ensure alignment of messaging and content across all relevant communications channels - Leverage digital media services and statistics to track and analyse content and campaign performance - Monitor online media sentiments and manage engagement on the organisation's digital media platforms - Perform incident/crisis management in the event of a service-related strategic communications crisis/incident Challenge(s) - Working in a fast-paced environment - Keeping abreast of the latest digital media trends - Managing multiple portfolios - Creatively portraying the serviceWhat we are looking for:- Education in Communications, Social/Digital Media Design Planning and Management - Experience in Public Communications, Marketing, and/or Digital Communications is preferred - Ability to design effective social media campaigns - Good grasp of evolving social media trends - Strong leadership skills - Excellent planning abilities - Strong public relations and communication skills - Ability to multitask and work in a dynamic environment (Applicants with no experience may apply.)
