- Attending to all guests and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Issuance and recording of access cards to visitors/guests/CPR colleaguesMail & Courier Management
- Recording of daily outgoing postage by department
- Arranging for outgoing couriersAdministrative
- Responsible for Ordering/Replenishing/Arranging/ Purchasing/Receiving deliveries of items
- Assist in event coordination and responsible for catering ordering as and when required
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assignedRequirements:
- Prior experience as a Receptionist and Admin Assistant would be an advantage (administrative and clerical procedures)
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
