What the role is:You assist the Branch Head in managing and supervising all logistics, finance, system maintenance, and infra and security related matters.What you will be working on:- Ensure efficient and responsive logistics support - Implement both peacetime and operational work processes - Optimise and maximise utilisation of budget spending - Ensure up to date and accurate equipment status - Upkeep Building and Infrastructure Readiness - Establish work processes referencing existing guidelines to meet demands for responsive logistics support - Ensure tight co-ordination between the respective entities to achieve desired ops-log integration - Manage and coordinate with both Internal and external stakeholders on their requirements Challenge(s) - Establishing new work processes and coordination - Staying up-to-date with relevant logistics, finance and latest technology development in Cyber systemsWhat we are looking for:- Education in Supply Chain, Finance or related field - At least 6 years of relevant work experience - Possession of at least one professional certification or industry related qualification related to Cybersecurity (e.g. CISM, CISA, GCIH, etc) is advantageous - Familiar with established systems Logistics Support Management Plans - Resourceful and adaptable - Strong critical thinking, analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skills Only shortlisted candidates will be notified.About MINDEF:The mission of MINDEF and the Singapore Armed Forces is to enhance Singapore's peace and security through deterrence and diplomacy, and should these fail, to secure a swift and decisive victory over the aggressor.
