Job Responsibilities:

  • Training Programmes & Materials Development: Design the flow and create engaging PowerPoint presentation.
  • Strategic Storytelling: Develop materials that integrate scientific details and storytelling elements to connect emotionally with the target audience, linking product benefits to their lifestyle.
  • Competitive Research: Analyse competitors, highlight key differences and advantages, collaborating with the product team to include relevant competitor insights in presentations.
  • Collaborative Approach: Work closely with Compliance and Product teams to ensure materials meet compliance standards, incorporating up-to-date scientific research for regional teams to maintain accurate knowledge.
  • Product Presentations: Lead product knowledge sessions before regional new product launches, addressing questions and highlighting product benefits, features and differentiators.
  • Regional Training & Sales Team Support: Provide training materials and product information to regional teams.
  • Ownership of Materials: Take full ownership of PowerPoint presentations, ensuring they are engaging, up-to-date, and continuously improved based on feedback.
  • Cross-Functional Support: Assist the Marketing team, particularly in developing materials for product marketing campaigns, while focusing on training content.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay updated on product trends, developments, scientific advancements, and competitors benchmarking to keep training materials relevant and impactful.

Requirements:

  • Ability to effectively train regional teams on product knowledge and key differentiators.
  • Experience in delivering presentations with public speaking skill is beneficial.
  • Highly organised, resourceful and able to plan effectively, meet deadlines supporting the Marketing team in product presentation.
  • Positive, motivated, and enthusiastic about creating engaging PowerPoint presentations.
  • Experienced in a related industry, particularly with relevant product and nutritional knowledge, is a plus, but not a requirement.
