With an established footprint in Singapore, the firm is heavily investing in HR transformation and business growth to enhance its broking and re-insurance operations and maintain its competitive edge in the industry from a regional and global perspective.The Senior HR Business Partner, (APAC), operating in an individual contributor capacity, in close proximity to the country HR teams as well as Group HQ from a COE perspective, will work closely with senior leaders across a number of business areas spread across the region to drive strategic HR initiatives that support the firm’s ambitious transformation agenda.This role requires a strong business mindset, the ability to navigate change, and the expertise to shape and implement HR strategies that foster a high-performing and engaged workforce. You will be operating in a business facing, strategic but also hands-on role, given the lean nature of the HR BP team. A key focus will be on leading change management efforts, ensuring smooth transitions during the firm’s transformation while minimizing disruption to business operations. You will also play a crucial role in talent management, overseeing recruitment, leadership development, and retention strategies to build a robust and future-ready workforce. Employee engagement will be another critical area, requiring you to cultivate a positive work environment, address concerns effectively, and strengthen overall employee relations. Additionally, you will drive performance management initiatives, ensuring that business objectives align with individual and team goals, while fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.The ideal candidate will bring at least 10 -15 years of proven experience as a Regional or international HR Business Partner, ideally within the insurance, broking, re-insurance or financial services sector. Strong stakeholder management skills, the ability to influence at all levels, and a proactive approach to problem-solving will be essential.
