- Develop the right measurements for marketing teams and initiatives. As the business evolves, the strategy needs to be evolved, and so does our KPI and measurements. You will need to support the development of the right measurements of marketing initiatives so that the marketing efforts are aligned with the business strategies.
- Build dashboard and reporting for business needs. We would like to give support to all marketing teams to make informed decisions. You would need to understand the decision making and KPI of each team to be able to build the relevant dashboards. You would also constantly give training and gain feedback to improve.
- Work with the BI and automation teams to automate the reporting and data pipelines. One key value of the analytics team is to improve operational efficiency and save time and resources. You will be working with relevant teams to support the best way to produce our reports and dashboards.
- Holds a degree in mathematics, statistics, computer science, economics, or related fields, with an advanced degree considered a plus.
- 3+ years of experience in Marketing Analytics, Marketing Measurement, or Business Intelligence, ideally within the e-commerce sector.
- Proficient in Python and SQL, with knowledge of tools such as Power BI, Google Analytics.
- Exhibits a deep understanding of marketing metrics, with the ability to translate business problems into data problems.
- Displays a natural curiosity and eagerness to deep dive into complex data to gain insights and is proficient in problem-solving through innovative means.
