As a Marketing Analyst, you will take ownership of driving data-driven insights and initiatives to achieve global business objectives.Key Responsibilities:
  • Analytics on marketing problems, to produce actionable insights for both campaigns and key marketing initiatives. You would be the brain of marketing to help answer some of key marketing problems. With the power of data, you will help to draw convincing conclusions and propose solutions.
  • To uncover and predict future problems. The solution is to prevent potential problems from happening instead of solving them when the problems happen. With data and analytics, you will be able to contribute great value in anticipating these problems to help the teams to better prepare for them.
  • To drive and improve multi-touch attribution model and channel budget allocation. One exciting area in digital marketing is multi-touch attribution model which helps to quantify the contribution of each marketing channel, so that we can are able to optimize the budgeting decisions. You will be involved in driving the building and on-going improvement of the models.
  • Develop the right measurements for marketing teams and initiatives. As the business evolves, the strategy needs to be evolved, and so does our KPI and measurements. You will need to support the development of the right measurements of marketing initiatives so that the marketing efforts are aligned with the business strategies.
  • Build dashboard and reporting for business needs. We would like to give support to all marketing teams to make informed decisions. You would need to understand the decision making and KPI of each team to be able to build the relevant dashboards. You would also constantly give training and gain feedback to improve.
  • Work with the BI and automation teams to automate the reporting and data pipelines. One key value of the analytics team is to improve operational efficiency and save time and resources. You will be working with relevant teams to support the best way to produce our reports and dashboards.
The Perfect profile:
  • Holds a degree in mathematics, statistics, computer science, economics, or related fields, with an advanced degree considered a plus.
  • 3+ years of experience in Marketing Analytics, Marketing Measurement, or Business Intelligence, ideally within the e-commerce sector.
  • Proficient in Python and SQL, with knowledge of tools such as Power BI, Google Analytics.
  • Exhibits a deep understanding of marketing metrics, with the ability to translate business problems into data problems.
  • Displays a natural curiosity and eagerness to deep dive into complex data to gain insights and is proficient in problem-solving through innovative means.
  • Displays a growth mindset, characterized by a continuous desire to learn, improve, and explore new opportunities to enhance work efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Possesses strong team-player attributes, actively engaging in collaboration and support to tackle complex problems collectively.
